Salvation

Salvation involves the redemption of the whole man, and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for us to trust.

Please understand to be saved is something God does to and in each individual. We do not and cannot save ourself. None of us will ever be good enough, religious enough or worthy of salvation. We are saved by God's wonderful grace. To receive His grace we must accept what Jesus Christ did on our behalf on the cross of Calvary.

How can you be saved?

1. Realize you are a sinner and lost. Again understand we all are unworthy and undeserving of heaven.

"...all have sinned."  Romans 3:23

"There is none righteous, no not one."  Romans 3:10

"The wages of sin is death..." Romans 6:23 (death being eternal separation from God)

2. Turn from your sin, and from trying to be good enough, quit trusting in good works or religion.

"repent (turn) ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." Acts 3:19

3. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior by faith.

"There is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Acts 4:12

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."..."For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10: 9 & 13

After Jesus enters your life. When you have the assurance of salvation. Please obey Him by being baptized and getting active in your local church.
